Established in 1969, the Syracuse New Times is the nation’s fourth oldest alternative newsweekly. The New Times is an award winning publication and receives numerous regional, state and national awards each year. Our audience is devoted to our publication and read us cover-to-cover.
Active in the local community, The New Times sponsors or gives to over 100 charities. Many of our staff are involved in festival planning and are on community or activist groups such as the Syracuse Ad Club, The Syracuse Chamber and 40 Below.
The New Times is available online and distributed FREE at over 950 locations in Onondaga, Oswego, Cayuga, Cortland, Madison and Oneida Counties.
